Policies

Late Policy

If you are late, we reserve the right to cut the time of your service,. You will be charged the full service you booked not the cut time of the service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.

Reschedule, Cancellations, and No-shows

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hour mark of your appointment, a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Children

For the safety of your child, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 are either left at home or accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. This is for the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and our other clients.

Refunds

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES. UNOPENED PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 DAYS.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows, refusal to abide by salon policies, or inappropriate behavior will result in refusal of service. Ash Aesthetic Skin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
